Adam Mikkelson

Adam Mikkelson jumped into the family business right out of college in 2005, starting as a store manager. Over the years, he worked on developing and operating storage facilities and extended-stay hotels. He recently purchased the family business from his father. As the CEO and owner of the three-generation business, Adam focuses on delivering yield and impact through innovative real estate solutions. He strives to create a meaningful impact in his community and through his business ventures. 

Adam and his wife, Chandler, live in Orlando, FL, with their three active kids, who keep them busy with football, basketball, lacrosse, and gymnastics. The Mikkelson family loves spending time together skiing in Montana and traveling whenever they can.

Having once been foster parents themselves, Adam and his family understand the challenges and joys of fostering. They’re passionate about supporting foster families and finding ways to make a difference. The Mikkelsons are also proud supporters of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, YoungLife, and the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
