CarePortal is a tool we offer churches so they can meet the physical vetted needs of vulnerable children and their families.
Via a simple email request, CarePortal provides entry-level opportunities to connect a network of caring people in churches to vetted physical needs of families in their community.
This network provides preventative support for struggling families before foster care is a necessity. When the intervention of foster care is a necessity, CarePortal also supports the foster families who are welcoming these children. This powerful data-technology tool utilized in 27 states has already served 106,251 children; C127 is the implementing partner in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.
